Amazing! One of my favorites!

Lukes Lobster on Amsterdam has really upped their game!! Its a simple menu but the execution is now excellent - my most recent order arrived in less than 20 minutes, when I have waited almost an hour in the past. The lobster rolls were nicely stuffed with fresh, tender lobster meat. The slaw was creamier with a great mustardy tang...and the fries, which really complete a lobster roll dinner for me, were fantastic!! I added a request to vent the boxes the fries are sent in, so Lukes cut a couple holes in the lids - and it worked great, the fries were crisp and not steamed in their own heat, they were actually crispy. And so very tasty!! I look forward to ordering again soon.

So glad Lukes now has fries on their menu. If they add real blueberry pie I will truly be transported to a Maine vacation.

The seafood here is so delicious - I love the choice of three rolls. I think the crab is even better than the lobster, and that's saying a lot. Poppyseed slaw, with no mayo, is wonderful. Delivery was fast, even on a very cold night! This is a chain - I've eaten at, or ordered from - several different branches. Always good!

I spend a lot of time in Maine and New England and this ranks as one of the best lobster rolls I have ever had. Tons of lobster meat, simply prepared, no filler -- this is how a lobster roll is meant to be. I also love the Blueberry Lemonade with honey and last night tried the crab grilled cheese which was delicious.

Awesome lobster rolls, but beware - one is not enough, and at the high price, two may be an indulgence. There are limited options, so we usually like to do a roll plus a chowder. The crispy toasted roll, sprinkling of herbed butted, and always sweet lobster are worth the investment.
